We carry a broad spectrum of materials and substrates for the products we make. This allows us great flexibility in solving any fabrication issue that presents itself.
SPECIALTY FABRICS
AAA has a wide selection of specialty fabrics to suit all of your specific needs. The following is a partial list; there are many other fabrics available. All come in 60" widths.
SUNBRELLA - The most durable, high quality indoor/outdoor fabric available on the market. Available in a variety of colors. Sunbrella is suitable for screen-printing and can be printed on both sides.
SATIN - A lustrous, elegant indoor fabric. Satin can be screen-printed, hand painted or digitally printed. Perfect for high quality indoor POP displays, trade shows and decoration.
POLYESTER - Polyester is a matte finish indoor fabric that can be screen printed, hand painted, digitally printed or used in appliqué.
CANVAS - Canvas is a heavy material with a course texture and a stiff look. It has a matte finish and can be screen-printed, hand painted or digitally printed.
KNIT POLYESTER - This cost-effective fabric has a glossy mesh-like finish and is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Knit Polyester can be screen-printed, hand painted or digitally printed.
RIGID SUBSTRATES
SINTRA - An extremely durable indoor/outdoor plastic. Sintra comes in a variety of thicknesses and colors and can be screen-printed, hand painted, or digitally printed. Computer cut vinyl lettering and graphics can also be applied.

STYRENE - A cost-effective indoor/outdoor plastic which comes in a variety of thicknesses and can be Screenprinted, hand painted or digitally printed. Computer cut vinyl lettering and logo graphics can also be applied.

COROPLAST - A lightweight corrugated plastic product that comes in a variety of thicknesses and colors. It is costeffective and especially appropriate for short-term applications. Coroplast can be screen-printed, hand painted, or digitally printed and used both indoors and outdoors. Computer-cut vinyl lettering and graphics can also be applied.

SHOCARD - A coated cardboard paper product which comes in a variety of thicknesses and colors. Shocard can be screen-printed, hand painted or digitally printed. Computer cut vinyl lettering and graphics can also be applied.

GATORBOARD & FOAMCORE - A durable lightweight paper and foam product available in a variety of thicknesses. These materials are available in black or white and can be screen-printed, hand painted, or digitally printed. Computer cut vinyl lettering and graphics can also be applied.

MDO PLYWOOD - Medium Density Overlay Plywood (MDO), which comes in a variety of thicknesses. Plywood can be screen-printed, hand painted or digitally printed. Computer cut vinyl lettering and logo graphics can also be applied.

MASONITE – A lighter, cost-effective, less durable pressed wood product available in a variety of thicknesses. Masonite can be screen-printed, hand painted or digitally printed. Computer cut vinyl lettering and graphics can also be applied.

Thickness: 1/8” to 1”
ALUMINUM – A lightweight, durable sheet metal available in a variety of thicknesses. Aluminum can be screen-printed, hand painted or digitally printed. Computer cut vinyl lettering and graphics can also be applied.

FLEXIBLE SUBSTRATES
VINYL– Vinyl is an economical indoor/outdoor material used in screen-printing, digital printing, handpainting, computer cut lettering or graphics. Vinyl works well for small, large and extra-large graphics.
Sizes: Up to 16’ wide, seamless by continuous length. Tiling and seaming is used to create larger sized banners.

POLYETHYLENE– Polyethylene is the most cost-effective indoor/outdoor material for short-term use. Used for screen-printing, computer cut vinyl lettering or graphics.

NYLON – For a richer look with bold saturated colors, this material is useful for both indoor and outdoor displays. It can be screen-printed, hand painted, digitally printed or appliquéd. Nylon is practical for any size graphics.

MESH – MESH is an economical indoor/outdoor material used in screen printing, digital printing, hand painting, computer cut lettering or graphics.Mesh works well for small, large and extra large graphics when wind load is a factor
