During Comic-Con, Entertainment Weekly presented four days and four nights of concerts, celebrity speakers and other fan-focused fun. Hosted in a 300,000-square-foot space, this Con-X event presented a major opportunity to generate brand awareness, wow the media and turn countless Comic-Con attendees into Entertainment Weekly enthusiasts.
Working with Terry Hines & Associates, AAA Flag & Banner transformed this massive outdoor venue into the ultimate fan experience. After providing consultation and recommending materials, our team got to work printing and installing mesh truss ceiling graphics, stage banners, mesh entrance-arch graphics, Sintra signs, vinyl decals, Sunblade flags and stands, sidewalk graphics, and beyond.
Overcoming intense wind, tight time schedules and last-minute changes to accommodate new sponsors, we created an attention-grabbing event space that provided an impactful, branded backdrop for Con-X’s star-studded lineup and boosted excitement from start to finish.
